Stevens Hewlett & Perkins (SH&P) is a Bristol-based firm of leading intellectual property agents whose clients include many of the world’s best known brands. We’ve been working on various projects for SH&P since 2008.
The challenge
Most recently we’ve been tasked with working alongside a digital strategy consultancy to redevelop SH&P’s client portal. This tool, dubbed ‘My SH&P’, offers their clients easy online access to help manage their IP portfolio and produce live reports in a variety of downloadable formats.
Beautiful, intuitive software makes complicated processes a breeze
The solution
Go Tripod has produced a new platform that brings to life multiple UI and UX improvements highlighted via the strategy consultancy phase. The tool is now a pleasure to use, giving SH&P clients powerful means of searching, live-filtering and report generation.
The results
The process of producing a typical PDF portfolio report has been reduced from approximately 70 clicks down to 10. SH&P have a killer tool to help attract new clients and a vastly improved web application to please and impress their existing clients.
